Legalese

- If a winning bid didn't ratchet you up to T-shirt status we will happily accept a donation up to the required amount so you can have the object of your desire.
- Multiple individuals can pool their resources and enter as a single bidder (though we leave the intricacies of dealing with this through eBay up to you). Though all names will be listed as sponsors, and all individuals will be granted ilyANGEL access, a maximum of three CDs and three T-shirts will be distributed amongst the group. Since the original artwork will be by definition a single item, only one piece can be won per winning bid no matter how many actual individuals comprise the 'winning bidder'.
- Sponsoring a track does NOT transfer ownership of the song. Copyright for all music, artwork, and all other album contents are still property of ilyAIMY, rob hinkal and Heather Lloyd.
- Sponsoring a track does not entitle the sponsor/winning bidder to revenue from CD sales, use of the recording for anything but personal use, or to reimbursement of donated funds once they are recouped by the band. This is a gift to enable the album to be created and distributed.
- Since your contribution is what will allow us to create the CD, you will not receive CDs or artwork until the CD is complete. Winning bidders will be frequently updated about CD progress, and will receive their CDs one month before they are available to the public. In accordance with eBay merchandise rules, winning bidders will immediately recieve a Certificate of Sponsorship as well as a special limited-edition ilyAIMY booklet of artwork and wordwork and thanks.
