I admire Greg Klyma's road devotion. Roadvotion. He's a milophile beyond even myself, and he returned to the highway swiftly. Certainly, as a solo artist, it's easier. There's no other family to juggle, there's less to fit in the car, there's no scheduling conflicts beyond your own, but beyond all that, there just aren't many people who WORK like Greg Klyma.
Proud to have him in the Lair, but we know we can't keep him. We let him free in the morn.
Inspired by that, Rowan and I will probably be a little EXTRA on Sunday. Jon Patton of Midway Fair has been integral in organizing the Cromwell Valley Arts Festival - and there's great music all weekend - the ONLY thing I'm bummed about is that, of the two days of the festival, Rowan and I are ONE day - and the potato truck and migratory bird celebration is the OTHER one.
