Maybe it's a little absurd to just plan a weekend around taking one's acoustic grunge band up to Connecticut. But there's extenuating circumstances. A festival. The demise of a favourite venue. Rowan had the weekend off...

We've Loved the Victoria Station Cafe for about 15 years. We'd come home and talk it up and our bandmates were jealous. Well... VSC's getting sold and it'll be something else soon - but before it goes, we've got the chance to bring 5-piece ilyAIMY to our friends in Putnam.

This isn't the most lucratively-intelligent trip. None of us have big cars so we might have to drive up there with three of them. But we want out. We want to see VSC before it closes. We've been saying "no" to Particle Accelerator for the past several years because we've just been in the wrong part of the country. We want to go on a trip. Be there when we get there please!
