Live from the Lair continues to be a joy. Even though the past several weeks have been incredibly busy and even though if I didn't have this self-enforced LftL schedule I'd probably happily sleep the whole day through, I'm already down here, moving things around, running the lines and setting up tripods because I LOVE my Lairs. Going Live on Wednesday nights feels HONEST and direct.

Of course - this week's Lair is but a teeeease! Saturday I get a full band show in celebration of Heather Aubrey Lloyd! Her birthday is MONDAY but Saturday we celebrate. The Refuge in Woodstock, MD tis a joyous place and ilyAIMY's scheduled for the warmest part of the day (3-5pm). Grab thy onesie and cavort in a field under partly cloudy skies.

I'm horribly aware of the Journal entries below not having changed one bit in several weeks. And yet I've been doing stuff. Lots of stuff. I've recorded interviews with Doll Makers. Persian historians. We've romped with dinosaurs and coatis. We've pranced amongst the skies and diamonds and along the streets of Pittsburgh. I've danced to Welsh bands and Houston bagpipers and more and I was even told "I Love you" by a piebald raven.

S'truth. These times feel portentious.
