Once upon a time, Heather and I wandered the roads of America, and we were away for months at a time. We'd come back infrequently, often briefly, but we'd reconnect with our bandmates and come down to College Perk where Sharif was running an open mic with the help of our friend Brennan and a good deal of some sort of beverage that involved a lot of mulled mint.
Rowan and Sharif, the Great Outdoor Fight, that guy who sang the BALLOONS SONG, my memories of it all are confused and distant and misty, but in the midst of it all there was a mighty singer/songwriter by the name of Acacia Sears. Combined with Sharif and Rowan she threw down with Love songs and hate songs and everything in between, a powerful voice, a driving rhythm and an intensity that paired quite well with ilyAIMY in any format.
That was a long time ago, but mixing with old friends and new is what ilyAIMY's all about, and we're so excited to be able to bring her back to a stage, back her on her songs, and have her join us on ours.
Saturday night in Catonsville. If you miss it... well... last time we did this was 2017 so it might be a while!
