Interesting.  In trying to remember the seven deadly sins, my mother and I both go the same route – trying to remember how people get killed in the movie Se7en.  Cute.

It’s our last day at sea, so much sunshine.  I get to pseudo-play out today and to be interesting.  The talent show is no big deal, but it’ll be nice to be loud.

I’m hoping that once I leave this boat, my shoulder will quit being so God-awful sore.  Back to all sorts of things on Tuesday – all sorts of tense about that.  I hope I’m not stupid.

We head steadily into the cold now, forcing our way back North.  Everything has gone grey the moment we turned homeward.  It’s sort of funny that the difference should be quite SO marked – I mean it’s COLD out on deck, and the clouds are grey and almost promising snow.  They pile up in front of us and the whole vista doesn’t seem to bear us any good will at ALL.

Sigh – I’m sooo ready to go home.  Well… ready to go home TOMORROW anywho.  11 days seems like it’s just right – especially if you’re a bit more outgoing than I am.

The last night of the cruise the chefs make crazy ice and food sculptures. Of course, I've got the bunny.

Mmmm... chocolate battleship.
Mmmm… chocolate battleship.

Grandpa is more and more confused and seems wholly unable to deal with the changes coming up.  I’m a little bit worried about how he’ll deal with being home again.

I often think he’ll be like Hey You – and wonder off one day, leaving us all to wonder.
